What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, work email and a description of what you are trying to build. Company, budget, timeline and what you would like to happen next are optional.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics or session recording on this site. There is no cookie banner because we do not set cookies that would require one.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that engagement. That is the only basis on which we process it.

We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list. If you want to hear from us again after we have replied, you have to ask.

Where it is stored

Submissions are written to our own database, hosted on managed infrastructure in the United States. Access is limited to the people at Galenry who answer enquiries.

Email is handled by our mail provider. Both providers act as processors under contract and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our tax obligations require, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will act within thirty days.

If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. We do not backdate changes.
